A Good Day -- pony game + tai chi social + xmas carol 3D !!!

My first christmas pony game. We did 3 races. First was trotting between poles, second is the one picking up cup on second poles and put it on the last poles then run back while the last one is a team race. I din win anything but it was a good experience! I guess I wasnt confident enough to go for it. After this pony game, I learnt that we should just do it anyhow, dont be afraid of anything! hahahha

Then, it is the tai chi social. Just had a buffet at big wok. It is also the first society social that I went. With other society, I cant be bothered to go for their social cos most of the time it is quite hard to fit in I find. However, since taichi only has 16 members, so we kinda know each other better plus they are also a bunch of interesting ppl, thus, I am happy to join it. This is the good side of a small society I guess ;) David--the going -to -learn- shaolin kungfu- in -somewhere -near- shandong italian, is the funny one again. He came out with sth like 'my hp turned on itself at night and the light is like UFO! 'LOL. Then, 'chinese are crazy', me and jennifer : " oh, so we are crazy" hahahha

After that, they all go for a pint at the bar. Me and jennifer went for xmas carol 3D!!! So festive feeling now that I want a big fat turkey roast for christmas dinner!!! the songs are good too!

A great day today starting from pony game ;) Good for my stress level too I guess. hehe

oh.. next time, I think I should join them at the bar, making the social complete. LOL

The 3rd year in Uni, finally, there is the feeling of uni life ^^

Yin Ling Chok hey girl! i just reach. 3 hours flight so long and boring and i binge on pretzels :( shouldnt have bought so many.

the train took 15 minutes like that. reaches and there's a shuttle to bring u to the international terminal, the second one. easy nia, got speak in english wan. then u meneruskan process seterusnya lor. not...hing much in the airport, lots and lots of vodka, the beer is only 5 zl, zywtec, drink la, so can sleep well in the plane. i manage to spend all my money,still got 0.80! hehe

how was your day? castle and ghetto how? you do the homework i gave u? zapiekanka and coney cheese. eh the pretzels taste like sausages with tomato sauce, diff from yesterday! :) sangat nice lah.

the castle so hiong lo... not enough time to go thru everythings.. too big and luxurious, got a cathedral with royal tombs too..

krakow is one of my favourite eh!!! bombard la.. i dun mind.. everytime i told ppl krakow is nice but nobody wanna go also .. u must go!!
krakow is very cheap.. hostel 6 sth gbp per night including breakfast and it is at the square!! 100% location!
4 days should be ngam ngam enough. 1 day to go to salt mine. 1 day go to auswitch concentration camp... See More. then 1 day to the castle. salt mine and castle all need entrance fee la. those not cheap lo.
then at krakow itself most things are nearby only lo. all near to old town square i.e. near the hostel. There are cloth hall (inside got souvenir market--very pretty deco), st mary cathedral (the altar sculpture is very famous), barbican, city wall. Outside a bit from the old town is jewish quarter, the schindler factory and the ghetto. oh.. i think the uni also very famous but i din manage to go the other day.

Improver 5 + Pony Game taster

I quickly grab on Blossom after i get prepared ^^ (to avoid from getting Millie =p )

Glad that we went to another outside arena instead of using the one third indoor arena as there are 8 of us today! So, i guess it will be impossible for all of us to trot in such a small size circle.

We started with long trotting which is a good thing as it is kinda freezing out there with the strong wind blowing non stop =/ Then, everyone goes on cantering twice.

At the last part of the session, we did the pony game taster. Firstly, we need to trot in a zig zag fashion, going pass the poles alternately. Then, trot pass the poles which is placed like a funnel shape and stop in between wings. Count for five, then walk on to the first pole with whip, take that up, and walk on and place it into the second pole.

I did fine till the part where i need to stop and take the whip out. I din hold Blossom properly before leaning down to get, so, it goes pass and we need to turn back again. And I forgot that cannot hold the whip so high cos it will excite the horse. So, Blossom went straight back to the end of the line before I managed to put the whip back into the second pole. HAha..

but overall today was fun ! ^^

break the biscuits
mixed with butter 50g
until become like crumb
then spread it on baking tray evenly
i use overproof dish la
but i think u can use any baking try u have

put in oven for 5 min
agak 160 celcius degree (gas 3)

then take out
and then
for the top
soft cheese 600g
blend til fluffy n white
then add sugar
i normally put in like one rice cooker cup
if not sweet enuf put in another quarter
dpeends one la how much u wana put
then blend again

then
plain flour 3 table spoon
then blend
then soured cream
use agak 3 quarters
blend
then add 2 eggs
blend

then pour on the crumb u took out fr oven
then the rest of the soured cream pour on top
160 degree
agak 35 minute

then leave to cool
this is not proper recipe

but it taste very good

usually i put in fridge afta cool down
so the structure better
